I was quoted $500 to fix the front pipe on my 87 Nissan, from Muffler and Brake(jerks). The gave me the runaround about the pipe hasn't come in or wasn't on the truck... for about 3-5 days!!! I got frustrated with driving the car loud for that week, and tried Lou's. Right away, I talked to Kevin in the Westport location... and he told me that the pipe should NO WAY cost anywhere near $500. After her looked at the car, he told me that he could do it for $200. For an extra $60 he even fixed the rear exhaust. Kevin's a great guy and saved me about $300 on the front pipe vs. M&B's RIPOFF price. Plus, I got a no questions asked 2 year warranty. I will deal with these guys, as long as I own a car.

I have a 2010 Challenger SE and wanted to add a classic dual look as well as add some note to the stock sound. Being a V6 it is always tricky to get a deeper note and not sound "ricey" for lack of a better term. After seeing a few videos on You Tube of Luo's work I looked them up and was pleasently suprised to find a Shop close buy ( Westport,Ma) - I spoke w/ Marc - first w/ E-Mails and then by phone. Marc responded to every E-Mail and answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. When it was time for the install everything went smooth and I could not be more pleased w/ the finished product. It looks awesome and sounds "agressive" w/o any drone, dare I say, almost HEMI like? almost. But really, what a great job - from the first contact I had to the handshake at the end of the install - Thanks to the tech's at Lous for taking pride in their work and sending home another VERY satisfied customer!!

Dear Lou's,
I picked up my KIA Spectra last night and just wanted to write in to say that was the easiest thing I have ever done with my car. I also wanted to say that the first estimate I got from another muffler place was 300.00!! My final bill with you was 100.00!! Thank You for saving me 200.00 dollars!! That is quite a huge difference, crazy really.My car is quiet now and I am spreading the good word on how inexpensive and easy it was to have work done on my car at Lou's! Thank You for being so accommodating as well as affordable.

"I had Lou's install an x-pipe with Magnaflow straight pipe mufflers that I saw on a video clip. The system rocks with a mean low end rumble when idling and really screams when you step on it!!! The install was done perfectly and I have shown everyone with the response of WOW!!! I will be back to have c.a.r.b legal headers installed next. I spoke with Marc on the phone and I really liked his customer service. I decided to call a few other local shops that were closer...they wanted to charge me MORE and they weren't even willing to listen to what I wanted installed on my vehicle! Cheers to the Lou's team. Fast service, nice price, the new exhaust is gorgeous and it sounds good too...which I wasn't even shooting for.After installing a set of headers, I realized that my OEM exhaust was not able to be used. "Had Lou’s install a performance exhaust today in my Jeep Grand Wagoneer. They shoe-horned an after-market y-pipe onto my manifolds, were able to re-use a 2 1/2” cat already on the jeep, which flowed into a 2 1/2"single in, single out Magnaflow 5x8x18” stainless muffler. Deep, throaty tone, very quiet at idle, but pick right up when i step on it. Makes my worn out 5.9 liter sound great, but more importantly the straight through design gives the old truck noticeably more grunt, from standing to passing. They beat my closest estimate by $300 dollars! Friendly guys working there, Mark is a honest guy. I might never roll up my windows again! Love that sound!"

"I had a custom exhaust put on my V6 mustang. They don’t make a true dual setup for V6’s so I had one custom made. The exhaust sounds amazing with the flowmaster 40’s, almost like a V8. Lou’s also did it for $100 less that 3 other quotes I got. Great work, quick job, amazing sound at a good price. Would reccomend this place to anyone."

"Lou’s in Plymouth has installed 3 exhaust systems for me, repaired 2 others, and I’ve always been very satisfied with their work for both quality and price that literally can’t be beaten. Many of my friends just hear one of their exhausts and had one installed shortly after.
Their exhaust installs outlived other, much more expensive, exhaust systems and the one on the race car actually outlived the car and is going into the next race car!
Greg is a master at exhausts and helps me with design and what diameters to go with for all my performance vehicles both turbo and naturally aspirated. You’ll never find a group that goes as above and beyond as these guys do. I already have 2 more exhaust systems in the works for them.

2000 Toyota Celica GT-S (no engine code, which experts said couldn’t be done)
1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX
(sold car and new owner changed engine and kept the exhaust)
1986 Porsche 944 track car
